It’s worth noting that the first 9 partners of Ostrov were trained on the base of our Centre in April-May 2013. We used the methods of our European partners such as BITZER, FRASCOLD and RefComp how to authorize service centres; then we changed and improved those methods taking into account the features of the Russian market and began to authorize service centres in different regions of Russia ourselves.
The authorization of our main partners was finished in October 2013. 28 service centres throughout Russia were certified by Ostrov.
Especially for our partners, a three-day training program was prepared by Service Centre Ostrov and by our Training Centre.
The program includes learning the working principles of the companies which are members of Ostrov Group, getting knowledge of troubleshooting compressors and typical failures in refrigeration systems as well as acquiring practical skills of troubleshooting and repairs of compressors.
On completion of the training courses, every participant gets a certificate confirming his/her competence within the frame of this program. Besides that, the partners receive another certificate which confirms their partnership with us in a new quality.
The main purpose of this authorization is the promotion of high-quality services such as troubleshooting, servicing and repairs of OSTROV refrigeration equipment as well as compressors used in our equipment. Creation of authorized service centres in different regions of the Russian Federation will allow us rendering timely technical support and professional help for solving various problems of clients concerned with the use of refrigeration equipment manufactured by Ostrov.
We are sure that we still have a lot of information necessary for our partners. Therefore Ostrov company plans to make such training courses regular. It will allow us growing together with our partners in order to remain the leader on the Russian refrigeration market.
